our 12-month tracker can be started at any time and has space for 12 habits. simply write the habit (or symptom/feeling) you're tracking on the left, then tick a box each day it occurs. i personally liked to fill out mine before bed (i track things like headaches, anxiety, stretching, going for a long walk, reading a book, drawing for fun, etc.). this simple tool is a great way to practice mindfulness about the things in your life you want to be doing more (or less !) of :-).
