isa drew the wacky thing on whatever product you bought (or designed it from scratch) and then communicated with the manufacturer to get it made. in some instances, the manufacturer is her mother, but mostly gentle thrills products are made with a network of other businesses in the US and abroad.

she does a lot of other things, but none of them come to mind at the moment, and most are probably the boring day-to-day minutiae of business administration that nobody warned her about. that being said, she is VERY grateful for your patronage, which allowed her to quit her many part-time jobs when she was 22 years old. bee packed your order, made sure what you ordered wasn't out of stock, triages your postal emergencies, and makes sure isa reorders your favorite stuff. bee is a champ at moving every gigantic box of merch we receive, organizing the chaos of 1,000 pinback buttons, handling product launches, providing frequent moral support in the studio, and coming up with really good product ideas.

if you email gentle thrills, you're talking to bee and must be nice to them, or pippen will kick your butt. bee also makes sure goose stays out of the garbage, which is really, REALLY hard to do.

goose is responsible for vibes and occasionally contributes product ideas (most notably our legally binding button bag). she is extremely strong but doesn't help bee with boxes because no thumbs. you can find her on all things goose gym.

pippen is our door man and primarily focuses on alerting us to mail carriers dropping packages off or picking up your orders. this is a time-consuming and highly demanding job that requires nonstop vigilance.
